• Make payments on time as agreed in the service contract.

3. Payments & Refunds

• All payments must be made as per the agreed schedule.
• Due to the nature of digital marketing services, payments are non-refundable once services have commenced.

4. Intellectual Property

• Any creative assets (ads, graphics, strategies) developed by ElevNxt remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed.
• Clients retain rights to their brand assets provided to us.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any business, financial, or strategic information shared during the engagement.

6. Limitation of Liability

ElevNxt is not liable for indirect damages, loss of profits, or business interruptions. While we strive for the best results, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes due to factors beyond our control (e.g., algorithm changes, market conditions).

7. Termination

Either party may terminate services with prior written notice as per contract terms. Outstanding payments must be settled before termination.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by applicable laws of India.
